What We Guarantee

Lifetime Gem Brilliance

Moissanite does not lose its sparkle under normal conditions. If your stones ever appear dull or cloudy, we will help you restore their clarity at any time.

Silver Shine Support

Sterling silver naturally develops patina. When it does, we make it simple to bring the shine back.

You can choose:

• At Home Revival Method
  We teach you the same simple cleaning process we use in our studio.
• In House Cleaning (once per year)
  Send your piece to us for a professional clean. You cover shipping. We handle the work.

Your silver may darken over time, but it never has to stay that way.

What Is Covered

• Dulling or cloudiness of moissanite stones
• Tarnish or darkening from normal wear
• Uneven patina that does not respond to standard cleaning
• Premature discoloration not caused by misuse

What Is Not Covered

These issues fall outside the guarantee:

• Scratches, dents or impact damage
• Stone loss
• Broken clasps or chains
• Tarnish caused by swimming, sauna use, steam rooms or long periods of heavy sweat
• Damage from perfumes, chemicals or cosmetic products
• Lost jewelry or missing parts

If you ever lose a backing or need guidance, contact us. We review every case individually and will help where we can.

Before you ship anything, contact us with your order number. We will confirm the best way to help you. Original packaging is preferred but not required.
