To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Clean your pieces gently with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils or dirt. For more thorough cleaning, use very gentle soap with water, but avoid harsh chemicals that can damage delicate materials.
Will the jewelry tarnish over time?
Some jewelry, especially sterling silver, may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air and moisture. To prevent tarnishing, store your pieces in an airtight container and polish them regularly with a silver cloth. Our jewelry is designed to resist tarnishing when cared for properly.

What happens if I lose an earring from a pair?
If you lose one earring, we understand how frustrating that can be! Depending on the design, we may be able to offer a replacement for the lost earring at a reduced cost instead of requiring the purchase of a new pair. Please contact us with the details of your purchase (including an order number if possible) and a photo of the remaining earring. We will let you know if a replacement is available and provide next steps.
