By entering the Elme Jewels Holiday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Submit a valid Giveaway entry form with accurate information
• Reside in a jurisdiction where such giveaways are permitted

Elme Jewels may disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms.

2. One Entry Per Individual

Each real person may enter once.

• The following are expressly prohibited:
• Multiple email addresses used by the same person
• Duplicate, secondary, or “burner” Instagram/TikTok accounts
• Newly-created accounts with no real activity
• Automated entries, bots, or scripts
• Entries submitted under different names but linked to the same individual
• Entries made on behalf of another person

Elme Jewels may disqualify any entry that appears suspicious, artificial, anonymous, automated, or intended solely to gain extra chances in the Giveaway.
All determinations of fraud, duplicates, or suspicious activity are made at the sole discretion of Elme Jewels.

3. Verification Requirements

Elme Jewels reserves the right to require reasonable verification, which may include (but is not limited to):

• Matching names across email + order records (if applicable)
• Verifying Instagram/TikTok handles used for bonus entries
• Requesting proof that the social media account belongs to the entrant
• Verifying follower status if bonus entries are claimed
• Reviewing whether the social account is active, public, and authentic

Failure to verify identity or provide requested proof may result in disqualification.

Elme Jewels is not required to provide evidence of duplicate or fraudulent activity and may make determinations at its sole discretion.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM MST on November 27, 2025 (the “Closing Time”).

The random draw will take place on or before November 30, 2025.

5. Prize Pool Structure 

The total prize pool begins at $100 CAD and increases by $100 for every 100 eligible entrants.

The prize pool is capped at $1,000 CAD total.

When the prize pool is fully unlocked:

• Ten (10) winners will each receive $100 in Elme Credit

If fewer entrants are received, the total number of winners and total credit issued will be adjusted proportionally based on the unlocked prize pool.

Example:

• 1–99 entrants → $100 total prize pool → 1 winner ($100)
• 100–199 entrants → $200 total prize pool → 2 winners ($100 each)
• …
• 900–999 entrants → $1,000 prize pool → 10 winners ($100 each)

Prize distribution is at the sole discretion of Elme Jewels.

6. Prize Conditions

Elme Credit:

• Applies only to jewelry items
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Must be redeemed within 7 days of issue
• Does not cover taxes
• Does not cover the full cost of shipping
• May not be transferred, sold, or combined with other credits

Winners are responsible for paying half of the shipping cost at redemption.
Elme Jewels covers the remaining half.

No substitutions except at the sole discretion of Elme Jewels.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen by random draw from all verified eligible entries.

Winners will be contacted via the email used during entry and must:

• Respond within 48 hours
• Complete verification if requested
• Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question (as required under Canadian law)

Failure to meet any requirement results in immediate forfeiture.
Elme Jewels may then select another entrant.

All decisions are final.

8. Disqualification

Elme Jewels reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for:

• Multiple entries or false identities
• Fake or inactive social accounts
• Bot-generated or automated entries
• Suspicious activity of any kind
• Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior
• Violating these Terms in any way

Elme Jewels may void entries retroactively if cheating is discovered after the draw.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elme Jewels is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Inaccurate or fraudulent information submitted by entrants
• Delivery issues or delays
• Damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or prize use

Participation in the Giveaway is at the entrant’s sole risk.

10. Privacy

Entrant information is collected solely to:

• Administer the Giveaway
• Contact winners
• Provide marketing communications (opt-out available at any time)

Elme Jewels will not sell entrant data.

11. Publicity

By entering, winners consent to the use of their:

• First name
• City/Province (or country)
• Social media handles (if voluntarily provided)

for announcement and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Modification or Cancellation

If fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway, Elme Jewels may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
